  1. Pick up the Utility Program Note Packet and the Operating Systems Note packet from the side table.
  2. Warm up
  3. Hardware quiz
  4. Discuss the different types of utility programs and look at examples on the computer.
  5. Operating Systems packet is FOR HOMEWORK!! It is due on Friday, 9/26.  The information that you will need to cover is in your BCIS book.
